Hannah is a senior associate in the corporate team. Recognised as a ‘rising star’ in The Legal 500, she advises clients on a variety of different corporate matters. Her work comprises advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and corporate governance, including advising directors and shareholders on their different rights and obligations. 

With a particular focus on ESG, renewables and restructuring, Hannah is a member of the firm’s ESG, energy, and restructuring and insolvency sector groups. Throughout her career Hannah has worked on a number of large, complex transactions, often with cross-border elements. She is experienced in working with lawyers from a number of different jurisdictions, including India, Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands. 

Hannah’s experience includes working with a wide range of clients, from start ups to large corporations and investment companies managing significant real estate portfolios.
